Good morning, Terry. Thank you for allowing me to peruse your "Secret Garden" in the privacy of my abode. Gardens are a very memorable part of my life. As a child, I was so proud of my "Victory Garden" . I felt I was doing my part in the War effort. My brothers and I picked milk weed for the parachutes that our servicemen needed. My mother had flower beds on every side of our home. Recalling those walks early in the morning, while the dew on the blooms sparkled as the sun peeked through the summer foliage, are still very vivid in my mind's eye. Thank you, Terry, for giving me an opportunity to bask in the recollection of childhood innocence and simple pleasures of yesteryear. Shalom!
